We offer complete turnkey solutions for delivering racing entries, results, and press releases to newspapers, wire services, and other media locations. Our custom software will automatically transmit to a set of receiving locations. The style, communications parameters, story slugging, and control codes can be customized for each newspaper. Entries and results can even be customized "on-the-fly" for individual locations. By inserting format codes, performing column movement, justification, search and replacement, and other formatting automatically, we can drastically reduce the composing effort for the receiving newspaper.
Two Delivery Options - Email or FTP
Our Media Relations System can e-mail entries, results, and press releases to multiple recipients at each newspaper. Alternatively, the files can be directly uploaded to the newspaper's file server using FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
